Our experience at Chapdelaine was fantastic. We did not feel we were under any pressure to hurry up and purchase a vehicle. All of the questions we asked were answered to our satisfaction. Brought my Acadia in... hadn't brought it...
Brought my Acadia in... hadn't brought it to a dealership ever because I purshaed it used. So worth while.... Chapdelaine caught up on recalls, put the correct tires on the vehicle. Looked it over top to bottom. Fixed ailments diagnosed. Did everything I asked and more, all in a very doable timeframe. We have our company truck seviced here as well (which is place purchased). Always top notch service by all service reps including Don. I work with select, high end clients in my job and have to always pay attention to "their"details. It feels so good to work with the same quality people at Chapdelaine who also pay attention to detail! Thank you, Joyce Smith (Ted Smith)

The first vehicle I looked at was a 2013...
The first vehicle I looked at was a 2013 GMC Terrain. I then took several weeks and test drove other cross over SUV's. I took a close look at Ford, Honda, Toyota, Jeep, Mazda and Subaru. None of these other vehicles offered exactly what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a 2013 GMC Terrain. My sales representative Ralph Phelps was patient with me and located a vehicle with the options and color I was looking for. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased through Chapdelaine GMC and will continue to do business with them in the future. I could not be happier with my buying experience.
